The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) has been in force since May 25, 2018. The aim of this piece of legislation is the harmonization of the process of personal data processing in the European Union and guaranteeing the rights of data subjects to whom that data pertain to.

The Controller shall have the right to transmit your personal data to the authorities and authorized bodies only pursuant to the provisions of law, i.e. if you consent to remain in our data-base of Candidates for the purpose of being notified of any new job offers meeting your professional profile, as per the following clause:

Your personal data shall be processed so as to obtain the purpose required by us to conduct our business activities and as prescribed by law, including archiving said data, or until the consent is withdrawn if not precluded by other provisions of law. The processing of data is lawful because it pertains to data subjects who have given their consent to it and the purpose of said processing has been specified (General Regulation Article 6 clause 1).
We would like to assure you that we place great value on protecting your privacy and any third parties do not have any access to your data. We also do not transmit your data to any third parties or use them for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, update, rectify or erase your data; moreover, you have the right to data portability. You have the right to object to processing of your data or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if your personal data have been unlawfully processed.
